September 9, 2022 — Unfortunately, I have had the opportunity to test out several different lawyers. My previous experiences almost led me to overlook Mr. Horwitz, who believed we could win a case all others said was impossible. His work ethic was unbelievable. Communication was constant. None of the other lawyers kept me up to date or responded to inquiries like he did. In addition, his legal mind is second to none. I have always heard that it is impossible to take on the government. He did and he won. It was not easy, but he never gave up. Every time we had a set back, he was ready and willing to follow up with another approach. He persisted where others gave up. He is a pit bull. You want him on your side, trust me. He won a major decision, and in spectacular fashion. September 28, 2016 — Mr.Horwitz is nothing short of a brilliant attorney.I contacted him through Avvo via email on his website in the pm within minutes he emailed me back for more info which I supplied and he again responded immediately. Mr.Horwitz obtained my case numbers the following day and contacted me to let me know he could help me with my expungable cases.He expunged my case records as promised and his fee was very reasonable. He actually went a step further and informed me that he could possibly help on a case that I asked about that was on the non expungable list because of brand new legislation that was passed .Mr Horwitz informed me that it could take a while because the courts didn’t have the new legislation in their system to date but went ahead and got us a court date .Well let me tell you he contacted me shortly after he was out of court day of and informed me that it was done the judge had sided with us per argument to the dismay of prosecutors. October 16, 2015 — Stud. Plain and simple, this guy is a MONSTER. He’s the early 90’s version of Mike Tyson in lawyer form.
I don’t think I can go into specifics about my case, but MonsterWitz went up against a very, VERY large corporation and all their big wig attorneys for me….and had them on their heels from day one! To read one of this guy’s emails, written on your behalf, is to feel as though you are being protected by a literary Pit Bull. Don’t let the kind looking profile picture fool you, this guy is a gloves off, no-nonsense beast!
I couldn’t possibly recommend any attorney more. I happen to be in law school myself right now, and so I cross paths with a lot of lawyers. Most of them are just fine and do a nice job for their clients. MonsterWitz is a cut above. Way above!!
