Lindsay E. Smith

Lindsay E. Smith graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013. She then attended Belmont College of Law as a recipient of the merit-based Bruin Scholarship. While at Belmont, Lindsay was a peer mentor and a member of the Advanced Trial Advocacy class of 2017. In between classes, she interned as a legal researcher for Davidson County Criminal Court Division VI and worked as a law clerk for Belmont University.

After graduating from Belmont in 2017, Lindsay began practicing criminal defense law in Davidson, Cheatham, Wilson, Williamson, and Rutherford Counties. She has litigated over 200 criminal cases from start to finish and has spent extensive time in courtroom practice in both criminal and civil contexts. Lindsay joined Horwitz Law, PLLC in 2021.
