Firm Updates
The Appellees’ response brief in our ongoing litigation over the recruiting provision of Tennessee’s “abortion trafficking” statute is now filed. It’s here. The case has also attracted a huge amount of amicus interest—most states in the country are participating on one side or the other.
Separately, the Tennessee General Assembly is proposing stupid and unconstitutional things again. Your summarist is quoted.
